This place was a decent fit for a short visit in North Sioux City with value for money. The fridge wasn’t working at first, but the manager helped fix it after I brought it up. Make sure to check all appliances when you arrive.

The queen room with two queen beds was pretty spacious and had a nice seating area. It was clean and had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and refrigerator. The bathroom was private with free toiletries. Breakfast had a good selection, which was a plus. The staff was really friendly and helpful during check-in.

The lobby had a decent appearance, but the first issue was the hallway carpet, which looked dirty and dated. My room had a musty odor. The bathroom tap leaked, and the shower had low pressure. I liked the bed. it felt comfortable, and the sheets were clean. Breakfast needed better options. Only a few pastries and some cold cereal. The coffee wasn't great. it tasted weak. The pool area was a highlight. warm water made it nice for a swim, but some chairs were broken and the area felt unkempt. Staff at the front desk were friendly when I asked questions. They did try to help when I mentioned the bathroom issue. More attention to cleanliness and maintenance could make a big difference.

I really loved that we could easily stroll to Riverside Park and the Sioux City Railroad Museum during our stay, making it super convenient to explore scenic views and historical landmarks in the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which really added to our overall experience during our time there.
